Giraffe Hug Card

Hello dear friends! Welcome to my Giraffe Hug Card. Today I am featuring some of the Valentine stamps from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps and this is my cute idea:

I started the process to create this keeping it very clear. First using a cloud stencil and Whisper White Pigment Ink I created the clouds over Crumb Cake card stock. I let this layer a side until the ink dries naturally.

In a separate piece of very vanilla card stock I stamped the Giraffe Hug using CP Midnight Ink. I colored the giraffes using Copic Markers and then fussy cut them with my scissors.  When the crumb cake layer was dry, I resize it and pasted directly over a Pool Party card base.

Now using Rich Razzleberry  card stock I cut the larger heart included on the January Large Die Club Kit from Spellbinders. With the small heart, also included in this Die Club, I cut the center of the decorated heart. I pasted it over the decorated card base using double sided foam tape. Then, I pasted the Giraffe Hug using more double sided foam tape and stamped the sentiment Love You Simple using the same CP Midnight ink.  As final touch I fussy cut and colored with a copic marker the small heart included on the stamp image Giraffe Hug and pasted directly over the card base.
