Hi there, what a pleasure to have you here in my blog! Today I have a colorful proposal for our Happy Little Stampers March Challenge and let me show you my card:

Happy Little Stampers March Challenge

To create this I used basic black card stock for the base and splatter it with Orange Gold Glimmer. Then using a whisper white layer and the Kaleidacolor Desert Sand Ink Pad I applied the color directly over the layer just swapping the ink pad over the card stock. It was a soft movement to keep to white base.

I passed the inked layer through my cutting machine using the Sunburst die cut and pasted the die cut piece over the card base using little pieces of double sided foam tape. Then I cut twice the Hugs Cutaway word die cut using whisper white card stock and Blueberry Bushel Card stock and pasted them a little moved to create more dimension. I pasted the finalized piece over the card base with double sided foam tape and finalized the decoration with some tiny stars that I cut from Gold Glossy Rinea Foiled Paper using a Peek-a-Boo die cut.

  1. Mlalu, I like the technique you used, but I am on the fence about the colors and the card. Soooooo sorry to feel that way!! You are such an amazing designer and love your work.

    • Dear Tricia, I understand you because I am clear person and I love to use the white color always but sometime when I am stressed I used brilliant colors and the funny part is that I made the same with the coloring. Thank you so much for visited me and left me your comments. I love to read it each day!!!
By the way did you see that you won on Joy Clair Blog?
      Hugs,

  2. I love the bright colours on your sunburst die cut against the black background, Malu! The black really helps to make the bright colours ‘pop’!
