How to make a slimline card

Hello there! Today I want to share how to make a slimline card easy and fun. I am the fan number one of the fabulous Remember The 60’s stamps from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps. Here is one of my samples.

To make a slimline card I used a piece of card stock of 8-1/2″x7″ with score in 3-1/2″. The card base is black and the second layer is a piece of designer paper. I die cut the second layer with the Scalloped Stitched Slimline Die. I pasted the decorated layer directly over the base with E-Z Runner. Then, I took a piece of white card stock and die cut it with one of the Layering Rectangles Slimline Dies.

I stamped some images over the white layer. On the right side the Girl Sitting with Ponytail, on the center the Girls Set 2 and on the left side the Talk to Yourself sentiment… it is not hilarious!!!

I colored my images of this card with Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir and tried to add some texture to simulate the sand.
