I need a coffee!. I could be a Morning Person… if Morning happened around NOON!

How many times in your life have you said this? Too many to count! I love this KellyCraft Jimbo Lojik Stamp Set I because it is the story of my life. This is why today I am presenting you this card using this stamp set and my new tools: the Get-it-Straight Laser Square and Multi- Mat.

I NEED A COFFEE

Making this card is very easy if you have the right tools and motivation. I only needed to prepare all the pieces in advance. Let me show you the basic materials:

KellyCraft Jimbo Lojik Stamp Set I, KellyCraft Get-it-Straight Laser Square, KellyCraft Multi Mat, Perfect Blend Stamp Set Stampin Up, Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Set Stampin Up, Early Espresso Classic Ink, Chevron Border Punch, Very Vanilla and Cajun Crazy Card Stock, Snail Adhesive y Dimensionales.

Mi card is a regular size, 4-1/4″x5-1/2″. The second layer is 4-1/8″x5-1/8″ and the third layer is 4″x5-1/4″.

Instructions:

I NEED A COFFEE

1. Using the Get-it-Straight Laser Square, paste the second layer over the card base. Then, stamp all your background images and details over your third layer. If you like,  you can stamp your central coffee cup in another piece of paper and cut it out to paste over the third layer with dimensionals.

2. To stamp your sentiment exactly where you want it, used your Laser Square and just stamp. The KellyCraft Jimbo Lojik Stamps are great because they are totally clear and you can see through them where you are stamping.

3. I wanted to put some extra embellishments that I created with a Chevron Punch, so I turned my card around 90 degrees and with my Laser Square, I aligned all the arrows and pasted then with snail adhesives.

4. When the third layer was finally finished, I pasted it over the card base in the correct position using the line that Laser Square offers me.

With these kind of tools, our work is very easy; the best part is that I have the opportunity to move and change the laser lines in accordance to the lines of the Multi Mat. This came with magnet pieces that are very useful because I don’t have to worry about the accidental movements on my desk.

I hope you drink a cup of good coffee every morning and if you want to stamp with me, come soon for more inspirational ideas!
