Inspired Basics Collection by Spellbinders
Hello friends, today I have more cards to share with you. I made these with the new Inspired Basics Collection by Spellbinders. If you didn’t see it before all the new released by Spellbinders this month, you can find the amazing collections HERE. Let’s the fun start.
In today’s post, I am featuring the Create Decorative Tag Etched Dies, the Create a Slimline Border and the Flowers for You Glimmer Hot Foil Plate & Die set from the Inspired Basics Collection.
My first card is the above slimline card. On this card, I die cut three of the four Slimline border designs included on this set of etched dies. I just combined two on the upper part of the second layers. Then, I die cut the lower design.
On the center of the layer, I stamped one sentiment of the clear stamp set Prayer Warrior from Joy Clair Designs. Then I printed some of the images from the digital stamp sets, My Succulents and Potted Succulents, also from Joy Clair.
FLOWERS FOR YOU GLIMMER HOT FOIL PLATE & DIES
The second card is a CAS design created with the Flowers For You Glimmer Hot Foil Plate and Dies. This is a set of three different bunch of flowers and three corresponding die cuts. I foiled them using one of my favorite colors of foil, the Bright Pink.
After foiled the flowers, I die cut them with the corresponding dies that are included on this fabulous set. The sentiment is from the Layered Wildflowers Scene Stamp Set from Spellbinders
To make the base of the card, I used white smooth cardstock and partially inked one of the corners with a masking technique. The colors of Distress Ink that I used were Mowed Lawn, Peeled Paint and Shabby Shutters.
CREATE A DECORATIVE TAG
My last project for today is a tag. This new Create a Decorative Tag Etches Die set is simply the best additions for your dies. It includes the tag and three different borders.
You can layered it, create shaker cards or simply attach it to a card base or gift. The possibilities are unlimited!
I decorated mine with some stamps from the clear stamp set First Coffee from Joy Clair Designs.
