Introducing First Coffee by Joy Clair Designs

Who’s ready for a new Coffee stamp set from Joy Clair Designs?? If you missed this, a few days ago, Joy Clair Designs released a new Coffee themed stamp set. First Coffee is available on clear stamps and digital version.

For obvious reasons, I am fan of clear stamps but I love digital stamps too. To make my card, I am using the clear stamp set. I am using the mirror stamping technique that consist in stamp the same image as reflected image. To make it easier, I used the Mirror Image Rubber. You only need to ink well your image and stamp it over the rubber, then place the card stock over the rubber and press it with your hand. The image will be transfer from the rubber to the paper and you can continue with your normal creative process.

This set is stunning. I only used the bear and one of the sentiments included on the set. I colored my bears with Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir. The colors that I used were EB1, EB3 and MB1, TN4 and TN6, FS3 and AB3 for the right bear. And GY4 and GY5, GB8 and GB9, FS3 and MG4 for the left bear.

After colored the images, I resized the layer and mat with the new Heart Lace Rectangle Die available at Joy Clair Designs Store. For the card base I used one of the colors of the coffee cups and to embellish it use some of the new Start Bright Sprinkles.
