JULY GUEST DESIGNER FOR TAWS
Hello friends, I have some really fun and excited news to share today. I have been asked by The Alley Way Stamps to guest design for them during July and today is my first post!
To create my cards I received two different stamps sets and I decided to combined it to show you how versatile they are. My stamp sets are Petal Pushers and Phraseology. But let me show you my creations:
For my first card I used the stamp set Petal Pushers stamped over Whisper White cardstock with different colors of Classic Ink like Melon Mambo, Old Olive and Tangerine Tango. The big flowers were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with color pencils and sansodor. I really love the fun designs of these stamps. With these you can create different looks and it also include words and sentiments.
The second card is a combination of both stamps sets. For the phraseology lateral banner, I used the emboss resist technique with some distress inks over very vanilla cardstock and white embossing powder. If you note, you can read several words in this letter soup. The right side of my card are image included on Petal Pushers set stamped with Early Espresso Classic Ink over Very Vanilla cardstock. The base of the card is Early Espresso.
