June Release of The Rabbit Hole Designs – Day 1
Hi there! Today I’m excited to join June Release of The Rabbit Hole Designs – Day 1. In this blog hop we are featuring the stamp set Beach Day.
Beach Day is a fabulous stamp set that came with many beach images that you can combine or use alone. For my first card, I used the beach girl and the whales. I stamped the images over whisper white card stock using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and from and colored the images with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers from the Pastel, Brights and Nature collections.
For the card base and second layer I used Balmy Blue card stock. The second layer was die cut from Mama Elephant Making Waver Cover Die. I just sponged the base of this layer with Soft Suede Classic Ink and splattered with sheer shimmer.
My second card was also colored with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers from the Lights, Pastel and Brights collections. I fussy cut all the images with my scissors and pasted them over the decorated card with double sided foam tape.
I made the background using distress inks and water and pasted all the images with double side tape to give more dimension to the card.
