June Release of The Rabbit Hole Designs – Day 2

Hi there! Welcome to the June Release of The Rabbit Hole Designs – Day 2. In this blog hop we are featuring two different stamp sets, By the Shore and Mermaid Hair and don’t ask me which is the most beautiful because I will be in trouble! Let me start with Mermaid Hair.

In my first card, I colored the Mermaid Hair with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers from the Nature collection and fussy cut it with scissors. Then I created the waves using a border stencil with three different colors of distress ink over whisper white card stock.

I die cut the Big Scripty Hello by  Mama Elephant from the decorated layer and pasted behind the word white foam tape . I pasted the decorated layer over the blue dark card base and then  just put the word in the same place. Also, I splattered the upper part of the card with Fireworks Bahama Blue.

My second card is show you another version of this Mermaid Hair stamp set. I colored the images with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers from the Collection Vintage, Nature and Purples  and fussy cut the colored images with scissors.

For the background I used the Dotted Scallops Cover Up and sponged it with a mix of Distress Inks. As final touch, I replaced the bubbles around the Mermaid Hair image by some teal jewels from Kat Scrappiness.

My next card is using By the Shore stamp set. Another beautiful stamp that speak by it self! This is a shaker card that I made using the the Scalloped Cover Panel Confetti Cuts  . To create the movement under the window, I used micro beads.

I colored the image of the By the Shore stamp set with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers from the collections Vintage and Nature. And fussy cut it with my scissors.

I defined my next card as a romantic card. I just stamped the image over whisper white card stock and colored it with Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers Vintage and Nature. I die cut it with a nesting oval die and created a mat with one the zig zag oval dies from Kat Scrappiness and Rinea Foiled Paper. 

For the background of this card, I used a cloud stencil with creative medium from Imagine and some clear drops from Kat Scrappiness.
