Lacy Layered Heart & Stitched Sentiment Strips
Hello everyone! Today I am featuring two new die cuts from Kat Scrappiness. In this card I used the new Lacy Layered Heart and the Stitched Sentiment Strips Dies.
To create this card I used whisper white and Pool Party card stock. The size of the card is A2, 4-1/4″x5-1/2″ but I used a different design of the base to give more interest to it.
I created the card base in regular size. Then I cut twice the Lacy Layered Heart from Pool Party card stock and pasted in place both hearts.
I die cut the Lacy Layered Heart from the upper side of the card base but keeping part of the left side out of the paper. Then, I pasted on the lower side the pool party stocked hearts and cut the right side of the card base 1-1/2″ to have the white space of the card a little small but keeping the regular size.
To finalize the card, I stamped one sentiment included on the new stamp set #Single from Joy Clair ( this is a sneak peak because at the time of this post the new release is not live yet). I cut the sentiment with the small size of the Stitched Sentiment Strips Dies and created a mat using the next size of strip. I also added some Teal Jewels in and out of the heart and splatter the from of the card with Bahama Blue Glimmer Mist.
