Hi there! Welcome to the third reveals day with more from Joy Clair January New Release. Today I am sharing the #Single stamp set, a great snarky set!

For my first card I used Sahara Sand card stock for the card base and splatter it with different colors of Glimmer Mist to obtain a distressed look. Then I cut Cover Up Die Love  using Calipso Coral card stock and pasted it over the distressed card base using double sided foam tape.

To complete this look, I stamped one of the sentiments included on #single stamp set using VersaFine Onix and clear embossing powder over Vellum card stock and decorated the border with a basic black strip to create a big contrast.  I pasted the decorated sentiment over the decorated card base.

My second card is different from my classical style but this year I decided to explore things and this is part of my decision.  I created the background of the card using a small “heart” included on the #Singles set with White Craft Ink and covered the stamped layer with a few touches of white embossing powder to create a distressed look. I resized the layer using a stitched die cut from Gina Marie Designs.

From whisper white card stock, I  cut two white hearts and stamped two different sentiments included on the stamp set #Singles with Memento Grape Jelly Ink and attached the hearts with a gold staple. I added a gold frame using one of the Glitter Dust Photo Frames Gold (OTS) from Therm-o-web, in between of the hearts and pasted all the created piece with double sided foam tape over the stamped background.

Don’t you think that #Singles is a great stamp set…Snarky and fun at the same time!
