Mother’s Day Slimline Card
Hello crafty friends! Today I have a Mother’s Day Slimline Card featuring the April release of Crackerbox Stamps! Yes!!! We have new and fabulous stamps.
In my today’s card, I decided to combine old and new stamps. The cell phone and the #youarethebest sentiment are part of the new products released today. I stamped them onto white smooth cardstock and included the Rooster stamp in the middle of the screen. I used Memento Tuxedo Black Ink to can colored my images with Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir.
In a separate piece of white smooth card stock, I stamped the Feet Flower three times and colored them with TriBlend Markers from Spectrum Noir. For the leaves, I stamped the Ash Leaf using three different tones of green ink. Then, I fussy cut all the stamped images with scissors to create my own design.
In addition, I die cut the word MOM onto Rinea Foiled Paper and the Slimline Diamond Wire & Wood Grain Frame Die onto designer paper. I pasted the wire frame directly over a white smooth card base and then, I arranged all the stamped pieces with crafty foam tape.
