Hello everyone, today is a happy day because we have a New Release by Joy Clair and this blog hop will show you the perfect stamps for this end of the year.

New Release by Joy Clair

I prepared two different cards, both for Christmas but with totally different styles. My first card is a colorful and funny card that I made using the new stamp set Snowy Greetings.

The base of my card is whisper white card stock and I cut a second layer with the same same size of the card base. I inked the second layer using Distress Ink Oxide in four different colors and stamped over it with VersaMark Ink and White Embossing Powder one of the sentiments included on the stamp set Snowy Greetings. Then I splatter the card with Sheer Shimmer from Imagine.

In a separate piece of whisper white card stock, I stamped the snowmen included on the Snowy Greetings stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Studio 71 Alcohol Markers.

I fussy cut the snowmen and pasted over the inked background using dimensionals. Then I pasted the entire decorated layer directly over the card base.

My second card is something that I considered elegant card. Let me show it to you:

The base of my card is whisper white cardstock and the second layer is basic black. I stamped with VersaMark Ink the new stamp set Christmas Lights Background and covered it with Gold Embossing Powder. After melt the powder, I colored the lights with color pencils and added a coat of clear iRRESistable to make the lights shiny.

I inked a piece of whisper white card stock with VersaMark Ink and covered the entire piece with Gold Embossing Powder that I heat with my heat tool. Then I die cut the gold piece using a die cut from Gina Marie Designs.

In a separate piece of whisper white card stock I stamped several sentiments included on the stamp set Snowy Greetings using the same products, VersaMark Ink and Gold Embossing Powder. I created a blue mat to the sentiments and pasted on the center of the gold frame. I added the entire piece to the background using dimensionals.

I hope you enjoy these new stamp sets. The New Release by Joy Clair is fantastic and today the design team is presenting you the 13 sets created for this season.
