Paper Lace Backgrounds

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a fun project that I made using one of the Paper Lace Background Templates and Cutting Files from The Cutting Cafe.

Paper Lace Backgrounds

This die cut set includes four templates and as soon I saw the squares paper lace I know that I will use it for my card. I planned and made an oriental style card with the traditional colors. The base of my card is Basic Black and the paper lace is  card stock form Bazzill Basics Paper. I cut the  square lace using my cricut explore and was really easy to resize it because all the files from The Cutting Cafe include the instructions to be used in different programs or electronic cutting machines as well to be cut by yourself.

This sentiment is one of the sentiments included on the new stamp set Boss Babe from Joy Clair Stamps  that I stamped with VersaMark Ink and Gold Embossing Powder. I completed the look adding a Guisha die cut from DieVersions.

Thank you for stopping by and if you want to see more inspiration with the Paper Lace Background Templates, today the blog of The Cutting Cafe is sharing more!

  1. oh my gracious….this is marvelous…love this…

  2. I absolutely love this!! The traditional colors are perfect and the Geisha is cute. The gold embossing adds a perfect pop of color and is funny too. It would work perfectly in my daughter’s memory book. She loves Japanese culture!! Great card!
