Hello crafty friends! The Perfectly CAS Challenge is up and today and I have a Perfectly CAS Mother’s Day Card to share with you. This month the challenge theme is wings and I selected this cute bird from the clear stamp Paper Tattoos from Joy Clair Designs .

To make my card, I pick crumb cake card stock and stamped the bird image on the center with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Then, I colored the image with a white color pencil before to add the different tones from the ColourBlend pencils from Spectrum Noir.

After colored the image, I stamped the mother word and sentiment that are from the Mother’s Day clear stamp from Joy Clair Designs with the same Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. As final touch, some tiny hearts on clay.

The focus of Perfectly CAS challenge is use only 1/3 of the card. To know more about the Perfectly CAS Challenge and participate you can visit the main blog HERE.

  1. Love your colourful bird,

  2. I love that bird and how you have coloured it. I shall have to try using white under the colours as your colours are so vibrant. They look amazing on that coloured base. Thanks for the idea xx
