September Joy Clair Challenge
Hi there! Just popping in to share a project featuring one of my favorites stamps from Joy Clair to celebrate the September Joy Clair Challenge.
I love these leaves. They are part of the stamp set Hello Autumn and this set is special because also include sentiments and great words.
To make this card I used very vanilla cardstock. I first stamped in a separate piece of cardstock the leaves using a combination of three different colors of Memento Ink. I used Rhubarb Stalk, Peanut Brittle and Olive Grove. I fussy cut the leaves with my scissors because I always forgot that ALL THE JOY CLAIR STAMPS came with svg files…so I am victim of my bad memory!
After stamp and cut the leaves, I stamped one of the sentiments included on the stamp set Hello Autumn on the right side of my card with VersaFine Clair Shady Lane and clear embossing powder.
Using some scraps of designer papers and cardstock I tier a distressed borders to create a colorful layer and put it behind of my leaves. I also added a few loops of natural bakers twine that I found on the supermarket… maybe it is special for the season dishes but I used it to decorate my cards.
