Slimline Card
Hi there, I just pop up to share my slimline card featuring the Slimline dies from Kat Scrappiness and the Best Buds stamp set from Joy Clair Designs.
This is a very different size of card. Mine is 8-1/2 x 7 with score in 31/2 on the short side. I used textured card stock for the base and designer paper for the second layer. I made it with large die from the Stitched Scalloped Nesting Slimline Dies by Kat Scrappiness.
With the Crafty Essential Winter Dies, I made the land area of the card. I just inked the layers with two different tones of green ink and pasted each piece on the sides to meet them on the center of the card. For the fence, I used white card stock and the die included on the Crafty Essentials Fall.
I stamped all the animals images included on the stamp set Best Buds onto white card stock. Additionally, I colored each of them with Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir. Then, I fussy cut the images and pasted over my scenery with crafty foam tape. To give a name for my perfect land, one of the sentiments included on the Best Buds stamp set from Joy Clair Designs.
