So-fishticated stamped card

Hi there! I’m back with The Rabbit Hole Designs highlighting the So-fishticated stamp set.

To sign I stamped the sea horse image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto Whisper White card stock and colored the image with Alcohol Markers.

I partially splatter the second layer of the card with two different blues of Fireworks and stamped the sentiment over the same area. To finalize the decoration, I added a tiny circle border created with Violate/Gold Glossy Rinea Foiled Paper and pasted some aqua sequins.
