Spellbinders Cardmaker Stamp Collection
Hello Crafty Friends! Today I am sharing two cards using a few NEW clear stamp sets that are part of a Brand New Collection over at the Spellbinders Shop. This collection is called the Cardmaker Stamp Collection. A variety of fun 4×6 clear stamps, perfect for creating custom projects for your loved ones.
On my first card, I am using the Hello Sunflower Clear Stamp Set. I created a slimline panel with the big sunflower included on the stamp set. I randomly stamped it over a white smooth rectangle layer. Then, I colored each flower with different colors of Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir.
To make the flowers more special, I also added a top layer of color with the Sparkle Glitter pens from Spectrum Noir. In addition, I resized the layer and mat it with a red card stock to create a slimline size card.
As final touch, just add one of the sentiments included on the Hello Sunflowers Stamp set and some rhinestones around the card. Additionally, to embellish the sentiment, added a white enamel dot.
SECOND CARD
The second card is featuring the Cute Boots Clear Stamp Set . It is a fabulous stamp set to add color to rainy days. I also created a slimline card but this time I used the technique of repeated stamping.
First, I stenciled the background and then, I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. For the rain I used VersaFine Clair Warm Breeze with clear embossing powder. To color the image, I used Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir.
To frame the sentiment, I used the small oval included on the Elegant Twist Ovals Etched Dies from the Elegant Twist Collection by Becca Feeken. As final touch, some clear flat sequins in between of the rain.
