Stamping with Stamp Foam
Hi there, I just pop up to share a card created with an easy technique: Stamp with Stamping Foam. This is a fabulous tool to add texture to your cards in a simple way and make it so different.
The Stamping Foam is a tool to create to add texture with a watercolor effect. With it you can stamp your own images or create cool background just like I made on my card.
First, I created the background stamping with Stamping Foam. I inked one of the sides of the stamp foam with dye ink. I used the Stamping Foam and Dye Ink Pads from Simon Hurley Create by Ranger and white smooth cardstock from Joy Clair Designs.
The colors of dye ink that I used were Bee Sting, Triple Berry, Clear Skies and Slippery when wet. After ink the side of the stamping foam, I softy sprayer it with water before to press the inked border over a piece of white smooth cardstock. I applied color by color and let it dry naturally.
When the cardstock was totally dry, I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink the Flowers in a Base. In addition, I enhanced parts of the image coloring some parts using the same colors of the ink with a darker touch.
Then, I added the Grief Sentiment that I die cut and framed with the Modern Swirl Frame Dies from Gemini by Crafters Companion.
