The Reason Stamp Set
Hello friends, today I have a card that I made with The Reason Stamp Set from Joy Clair Stamps.
I love to use different colors to create my Christmas Cards and this is very special to me. First because I really like the stamp sets and second because I am using a great dark blue card stock from Stampin Up, it is called Blueberry Bushel but let me continue with the process. The base of my card is blueberry blushed and the second layer is Pool Party. After cut the second layer I passed it with the Star Confetti die through the big shot to create this fabulous star background. then I pasted the layer directly over the card base.
Using whisper white card stock, I cut a layer using the large size of the Linked Octagon die cut from My Favorite Things, obtaining two different pieces, the border and the center octagon. I repeated the process using a white foam piece.
I pasted the frame of card stock over the foam frame using On-Point glue and let this piece in a side for a while. Then using the octagon piece of card stock I stamped the Holly Family from the Reason Stamp Set, using Delicata Ink Rose Gold and covered the images with WOW Rose Gold Embossing Powder.
For the message I used only one part of a second die cut that I cut and stamped the sentiment over that.
I pasted the stamped octagon over the decorated card base and then I pasted the bold frame and decorated one of the corners with a tiny bow and blue dot.
I hope my project inspired you to use the Reason stamp set. It is a Color by Faith stamp set that can be used to create cards or bible journaling pages and in this opportunity I show you it in a card.
