Tulips for Spring
Hello crafty friends, today I am featuring Tulips for Spring from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps.
This is the perfect season to show our flowers and today I prepared a card full of details. Let me share the steps with you:
- Cut the base of the card using crumb cake card stock. The size of mine is 4-1/4″x11″ with score in 5-1/2″.
- Cut a second layer using the Foliage Frame die and whisper white card stock.
- Add some touches of color to the leaves of the foliage frame die to add more dimension.
- Paste the Foliage frame over the card base using double sided foam tape.
- In a separate piece of whisper white stamp the Tulips with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.
- Color the Tulips with Copics or Alcohol Markers
- Fussy cut the Tulip with your scissors.
- Paste the Tulips over the decorated card using double sided foam tape.
- Stamp the Happiness is sentiment over a piece of whisper white card stock and die cut it with one of the Stitched Sentiments Strips.
- Paste the sentiment over the Tulips with double sided foam tape.
TIP:
To make your Tulips more special add a thin layer of Wink of Stella and after cut with your scissors, color the borders with a black memento marker.
