Tulips for Spring

Hello crafty friends, today I am featuring Tulips for Spring from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps.

This is the perfect season to show our flowers and today I prepared a card full of details. Let me share the steps with you:

1. Cut the base of the card using crumb cake card stock. The size of mine is 4-1/4″x11″ with score in 5-1/2″.
2. Cut a second layer using the Foliage Frame die and whisper white card stock.
3. Add some touches of color to the leaves of the foliage frame die to add more dimension.
4. Paste the Foliage frame over the card base using double sided foam tape.
5. In a separate piece of whisper white stamp the Tulips with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.
6. Color the Tulips with Copics or Alcohol Markers
7. Fussy cut the Tulip with your scissors.
8. Paste the Tulips over the decorated card using double sided foam tape.
9. Stamp the Happiness is sentiment over a piece of whisper white card stock and die cut it with one of the Stitched Sentiments Strips.
10. Paste the sentiment over the Tulips with double sided foam tape.

TIP:

To make your Tulips more special add a thin layer of Wink of Stella and after cut with your scissors, color the borders with a black memento marker.
