Winter Essential Card

Hello there, I am up with Kat Scrappiness Blog featuring one of my favorites collection of Die Cuts, the Exclusive Crafters Essential Winter Dies in combination with the Merry Critters stamp set.

Winter Essential Card

I started cutting the stitched backdrop included on the Crafters Essentials Winter Collection onto whisper white card stock. I inked the upper part with distress ink and used the same die to emboss the free areas with a little darker tone. I pasted this layer over the card base using double sided foam tape.

With watercolor paper, I die cut the trees included on the Crafter Essentials Winter Die Collection. Then I colored them with a paint brush and distress ink applied over my craft mat. I left the trees dry naturally.

In a separate piece of whisper white paper, I stamped one of the images included on the stamp set Merry Critters. I used Memento Ink to stamp the image and sentiment and Illustrator Markers from Spectrum Noir to colored the image. I fussy cut the image with scissors and pasted in between of the two snow hills also included on the Crafters Essentials Winter Die.

Thank you for stopping by and see you soon with more inspiration.
